Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice.

• If you initiate termination, you remain responsible for all approved work completed to date

8. Limitation of Liability

Kore9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from the use of our services. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for services directly related to the issue in question.
